Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VouchEx, a cloud-based accounting and GST compliance platform available at https://vouchex.kuhu.org.in (“Service”), operated by the VouchEx team.

By registering, signing in (including via Google), starting a free trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using VouchEx on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

1. The Service

VouchEx provides tools for invoicing, GST-related records, inventory, financial reporting, multi-user access, and related business accounting features. Features may vary by subscription plan and account type. We may update, improve, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.
• Free trial accounts are limited to one trial owner per company registration, as described during signup.
• Company administrators and standard users must be authorized by the company account owner or admin.
• You must not share accounts in a way that violates role restrictions or compromises security.

3. Free trial and subscriptions

• New users may receive a time-limited free trial with full or partial feature access as displayed at signup.
• When a trial ends, continued access may require a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees, plans, and durations are shown on the payment page within the Service.
• Payments are processed via UPI as instructed in the portal. Activation occurs after manual verification by VouchEx administrators unless otherwise stated.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
• Upload false GST, tax, or financial information with intent to deceive authorities or third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other companies’ data or VouchEx systems
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

5. Your data and responsibilities

You retain ownership of business data you enter into VouchEx. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoices, tax records, filings, and financial decisions made using the Service. VouchEx is a software tool; it does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Consult a qualified Chartered Accountant or professional advisor for compliance decisions.

6. Google Sign-In

If you use Google to sign in or register, you also agree to Google’s applicable terms and privacy policies. VouchEx receives limited profile information from Google as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

VouchEx, its logo, software, design, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during an active account or trial period.

8. Availability and backups

We strive for reliable uptime and may perform scheduled maintenance. While backup features may be offered, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical business records where required.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or that results will meet every regulatory requirement in all jurisdictions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VouchEx and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to VouchEx in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000 if no fees were paid.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including liability limits and governing law) will remain in effect.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
